 Meet Tina! She is responsible for overseeing the billing and collections processes in our office, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal regulations and insurance guidelines. She manages accounts receivable, resolve discrepancies, and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycles. If you have concerns about a bill Tina is here to help answer your questions. 

 Meet Porter! She is our Referral Specialist responsible for managing patient referrals to various healthcare providers, ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate care. This role involves coordinating with doctors, specialists, and insurance companies to facilitate appointments, verify insurance coverage and communicating with patients to explain the referral process and assist with any questions you may have. 

Meet Jen!  She is our Medical Records Specialist, she handles all requests for medical records from authorized individuals or organizations, ensuring that proper documentation and consent are obtained. Jen may also collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the timely and accurate transfer of patient information for continuation of care.
